Wow, it’s already Memorial Day! I hope all of you are enjoying yourself and relaxing on such a wonderful holiday.
I know I haven’t blogged in over a week…but I’ve been rather busy with school and work that blogging just wasn’t on my mind. But back to it! I wanted to share with you some meals I caught on camera (before I devoured them). My eats are always revolved around quick and easy but still healthy. Maybe these pics can give you some ideas! Let’s get started!
Turkey, Arugula, Muenster Cheese, & Hummus on Organic Bread for lunch at work along with a pear and some organic blue corn chips.
I won some RISE BARS from The Picky Eater blog and OMG, they are definitely delicious. I love the sweet and slightly chewy textures and the protein bars taste excellent even though they’re very different from most protein bars. They aren’t my favorite, but definitely worth it. Simple and clean ingredients. So, it’s also good on the digestive system. No worries with these. Will have to buy some for the future!
Grilled lettuce wedges…is a must try if you haven’t had it yet! Very good with some vinaigrette drizzled on top.
Homemade Enchiladas ^^^ So good!
Buckwheat pancakes? Yes please.
